This year we will be using an App for attendees to register, check in and out of classes and view Exhibitor information along with booth location. Instead of a program we will be using the App and exhibitors will be able to add Tag line, brief description, logo, and any links (social media, website, etc.) and contact information. We are excited about this opportunity for our Exhibitors and Attendees! You will be added to the app within 24 hours of receiving Contact Person Information and instructions on how to manage the App will follow and paid attendees will be able to view your information once they register and download the App.
Your booth includes TWO representatives. Any additional representatives will need to be charged for meals (our cost) each day. Thank you.
EXHIBITOR CHECK IN AND “DAY OF” INFORMATION.
When you arrive at Gas South, please go to the registration table for your booth assignment. Set up for the conference will begin Tuesday, March 11th between 7:00am – 8:30am; Tuesday a Continental breakfast is available during registration, lunch will be provided and will break around noon for an hour in the Exhibitor area (please let me know if you will be at the conference for lunch so that I can order the correct amount). From 4:30pm – 6:30pm we will be hosting the Welcome Reception for speakers, exhibitors, and attendees. This is a great opportunity to mingle with the speakers and attendees and hope you will be able to join us!! It is a cash bar, each exhibitor will be provided with a drink ticket on us.
Wednesday, registration begins at 7:15am with a warm breakfast provided the first class starting at 8:30am. The Opening General Session providing announcements and welcoming remarks will be held from 7:45am to 8:20am . We do have a no host reception at Marlow’s Tavern across the street at 5:00pm if you would like to join us!
